Many factors influence the effectiveness of performance under stressful conditions. One of the main factors nowadays is intense pressure to succeed under demanding and stressful conditions. Our state-of-the-art simulation room governs our assessment processes and training programs we have to offer, here at Behavioural Foresight. We make use of various types of real-time physiological data to enable accurate mind and body training. The simulated situations (computer based games) allow real time life experiences in a controlled environment. That leads to accelerated breakthrough personalized interventions, and a unique tool kit to be built for each person to boost their performance and mental resilience.

Breathing is a process that requires the coordinated contraction and relaxation of many muscles. And at the same time influences your behaviour pattern. Day to day performance can be improved by increasing the strength, power and endurance of the inspiratory muscles, also being conscious of how you breathe, and then deliberately directing the flow of breath into your body toward living a conscious life through specific training. In addition to keeping us alive, the respiratory system also has a key role to play in recovery, healing and stress management. Research in the field has highlighted the benefits of using breathing techniques to respond appropriately to stressors, and channelize our natural flight-or-fight response. 85%-90% of the population uses improper breathing patterns and results in poor coping mechanisms that show up as both physical and emotional symptoms.
